Hogan Assessment Features & Benefits

You’ll Understand How To Predict Performance

Whether your goal is to find the right hire or develop stronger leaders, assessing normal personality gives you valuable insight into how people work, how they lead, and how successful they will be.

You’ll View Leadership Through The Right Lens

People don’t always fit in a box. The Hogan Assessments offer a range of measurements required to understand people’s strength, weaknesses, values and approach to problem solving.

You’ll Be Challenged To Grow

When the pressure’s on, the line between strength and weaknesses isn’t always clear, Who you are, your personality, determines what you do. Hogan’s assessments are the most powerful measures of personality on the market. Knowing the dark side of personality which can derail your leadership will allow you to deploy non-derailing actions.

We Offer Our Core Assessments

With (3) distinct reports so you can gain insight into the predictive tool that the Hogan assessment offers:

Hogan Personality Inventory - The Bright Side of Personality

The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes normal, or bright-side personality – qualities that describe how we relate to others when we are at our best. Whether your goal is to find the right hire or develop stronger leaders, assessing normal personality gives you valuable insight into how people work, how they lead, and how successful they will be.

Hogan Development Survey - The Dark Side of Personality

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) describes the dark side of personality – qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail peoples’ chances of success. By assessing dark-side personality, you can recognize and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem.

The Motives, Values, Preference Inventory - The Inside of Personality

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.
